About the Role:
You will support the firms busy conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. This role offers hands on experience and the chance to grow within a friendly and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property/conveyancing
* Good understanding of the sale and purchase process
* Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
* Knowledge of AML requirements
* Exposure to acting for companies is advantageous
