To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager. You will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Company policies and procedures
2. Accuracy of company documentation
3. Reconciliation and banking of all store revenues
4. Trading standards compliance checks
5. Production of point of sale/price indicators
6. Booking incoming/outgoing stock
7. Processing damaged stock (demics)
8. Issuing and inputting stock inventory counts
9. Issuing and inputting inter-store transfers
10. Ensuring store compliance with company deadlines
11. Processing customer orders
12. New starter induction
13. Reference checks for new starters
14. Payroll procedures
15. Adherence to cash office procedures
