Finance Manager \n\nAre you an experienced finance manager - or are you looking to take a step up to manager level Are you a people person who enjoys collaborating with colleagues as well as with the detail of numbers Would you be energised by working in a lively and impactful climate charity We have the job for you!\n\nPosition: Finance Manager\n\nSalary: £26,406 for 3 days/week (£44,010 FTE) – Band C2\n\nLocation: Hybrid (London & remote) or fully remote considered\n\nHours: 3 days (21 hours per week) with flexible working patterns\n\nContract: Permanent\n\nClosing Date: 8.59am, Friday 9th May 2025\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs the new Finance Manager you will oversee the charity’s finance processes, leading all of the day-to-day financial operations, producing regular financial reporting for the senior management team and board. You’ll work closely with the Co-Director: Strategic Development to monitor financial performance against targets.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging finance operations including bookkeeping and monthly reporting\nProducing financial reports for the senior team and board\nSupporting budgets for funding applications and projects\nMonitoring income from grants, donations and other sources\nCoordinating the monthly payroll process\nLiaising with auditors for year-end accounts\nCollaborating on strategy and supporting a positive team culture\n\nAbout You\n\nYou might already be in a finance management role or looking to step up.
