The Residential Support Worker role involves:
Providing high-quality care and support for children and young people living in the home.
Building trusting, nurturing relationships and acting as a positive role model.
Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development.
Contributing to individual care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Working in partnership with families, social workers, schools, and other agencies.
Following safeguarding, health & safety, and equality & diversity procedures.

The Residential Support Worker position offers:
Hourly rate of £22.5
Free accommodation
Paid relocation
Sleep-in standby pay at 0.25x hourly rate, plus full pay if called out
Double pay on bank holidays
The ideal Residential Support Worker will have:
Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Awareness of safeguarding and child development
Good communication skills and basic IT knowledge
Full, clean driving licence
Previous experience in a residential or care setting is desirable
Knowledge of Care Standards or trauma-informed practice is a plus
