At Evri, we’re transforming how parcels move around the UK and beyond. As part of our growing operations team, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Parcel Shop and van network performance, ensuring we continue delivering a best-in-class service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator within our Van team, you’ll play a vital role in managing data, routing, and operational processes that keep our network running efficiently. You’ll ensure accurate system inputs, support operational decision-making, and work collaboratively with internal teams to optimise performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain administration of the Out of Home (OOH) estate, including lockers and shops
2. Create driver IDs for depots when new OOH routes are introduced
3. Upload OOH routing files into the Workforce Portal accurately and error-free
4. Build and maintain the Master Routing File
5. Identify weekly OOH changes and provide feedback to the Planning team
6. Analyse operational reports to track driver utilisation and key routing KPIs
7. Support the growth of Click & Collect by uploading and maintaining data and generating routes
8. Collaborate with the van team to manage customer-requested changes to van logs
9. Assess route utilisation to support decisions on new collections and insourcing
10. Maintain the Cameramatics estate on a weekly basis

What We’re Looking For

11. Good standard of educational (college or university)
12. Strong previous administrative experience e.g. strong verbal/written communication skills, Microsoft office skills, etc.
13. Strong excel spreadsheet skills/analytical skills (v-look ups, x look ups, pivot tables)
14. Experience working in a target-driven environment
15. Open to sector background but ideally logistics (preferred)
16. Ability to interpret and work with management information
17. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
18. Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy at all times
