Behaviour Mentor – dynamic and supportive secondary school – Liverpool Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is an 11–18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Liverpool, recognised for its strong pastoral systems, inclusive ethos, and commitment to student wellbeing. The school serves a diverse community and has a clear focus on ensuring every student is supported both academically and emotionally. Students are engaged and respectful, and the school has developed a calm, structured environment where high expectations are consistently upheld. The pastoral team is a key strength of the school, working collaboratively to ensure that behaviour is managed effectively and that students receive the support they need to succeed. There is a strong emphasis on early intervention, restorative practice, and building positive relationships. Role overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, teachers, and families to help students overcome barriers to learning and improve their engagement in school.
