Regional Sales Manager - South East & London
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our customer base in the South East of England and London. The role involves responding to and supporting customer inquiries, as well as developing opportunities to promote and secure new business. Responsibilities include:
1. Engaging with customers within the region, including NHS and end-users
2. Building long-term relationships with clients
3. Conducting product demonstrations (face-to-face and/or via video)
4. Meeting targets and project deadlines
5. Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently
6. Promoting high sales volumes and excellent customer service
7. Maintaining a positive brand image
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and/or healthcare sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory. You should have a strong desire to succeed, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. The role requires independent working skills, strategic thinking, and good math skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential. The position is full-time, based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Travel is required daily for customer visits, with some overnight stays covered by the company if pre-approved. The successful candidate will also complete bi-monthly visits to our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk.
We offer a competitive salary with a bonus structure. A Volkswagen EV will be provided as a company car (availability may vary).
