Production Team Leader / Supervisor
£35,000+ (depending on experience). Near Chipping Norton (own transport required).
Rotational shifts
* 06:00 – 14:30
* 14:30 – 22:00
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and motivating a team on shift
* Taking responsibility for product testing and quality standards
* Owning health & safety across your shift
* Supporting day‑to‑day production activity (hands‑on role)
* Driving performance, productivity, and team engagement
* Acting as the key point of contact for your shift
What we’re looking for
* Previous team leader / supervisory experience (production, warehouse, or similar)
* Someone who can get stuck in and lead by example
* Strong understanding of health & safety responsibilities
* Confident, organised, and able to manage people effectively
* A self‑motivated individual with a proactive mindset
* Must have own transport due to location
