Your Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students, either individually or in small groups
* Assist with daily classroom activities to ensure a smooth learning process
* Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and engaging environment
Requirements:
* Eligibility: Valid DBS check and right to work in the UK
* Passion for Education: Strong interest in working with SEND children
* Key Qualities: Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanour
* Experience: Previous experience with children or individuals with SEND is a plus but not required
