Responsibilities
As a Commercial Client Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients while mentoring junior team members and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial clients
* Planning, reviewing, and overseeing assignments
* Leading client meetings and managing relationships
* Coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery
* Budgeting, billing, and compliance oversight
* Coaching and developing junior staff
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and introducers
You'll work closely with client directors, managers, trainees, and external professionals to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 2 years' post- qualification experience
* Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
* Excellent communication and delegation skills
* A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
* A passion for mentoring and developing others
* A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
