We are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join our Quality Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents and data for upload to the Integrated Management System
Review documents to ensure conformity to relevant company standards and accreditations.
Transfer documents from various sources to the management system.
You'll manage documentation in accordance with the requirements of the management system.
Authorising customer purchase orders prior to acceptance.
You'll analyse data, creating new and maintaining current data spreadsheets.
Scan relevant documents, archive and organise in accordance with the management system.
What you'll need
Experience of working within a similar role;
You'll have an analytical mind with strong data entry and document management skills
Strong understanding of business processes;
Experience of working with document management systems is advantageous;
Previous employment in the manufacturing and/or engineering industry preferable;
Awareness of Non-Destructive Testing methods and processes advantageous;
Experience of working to International Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 is advantageous;
High levels of attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills as you will be working as part of a team;
Competent IT User.
