We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare facility that prides itself on maintaining the safest and most effective health and wellbeing services. They are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join their dedicated theatre team and make a positive difference in their patients' lives.
The Role
In this position, you will independently deliver high-quality perioperative care that is patient-centred, clinically effective, evidence-based, and innovative. You will act as a role model for clinical excellence, providing day-to-day support and guidance to junior colleagues and students.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Safety & Quality: You will prioritize patient safety, encourage colleagues to report safety concerns, and proactively identify and manage clinical risks in accordance with regulation.

Clinical Excellence: You will demonstrate evidence-based practice in medicines management and perioperative standards, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical interventions to ensure quality patient care.
*
Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with other clinicians, share expertise within the multidisciplinary healthcare team, and support the training and development of junior staff.

Safeguarding & Governance: You will champion infection prevention and safeguarding practices, ensuring full compliance with national standards, professional codes of practice, and organizational policies.
What We Are Looking For

Professional Registration: Applicants must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Clinical Competence: A high level of competency in clinical skills related to the theatre environment is essential.

Communication: Proficient English language skills (both written and verbal) are required to ensure effective communication with patients, visitors, and clinical staff.
