Since launching, they have built serious momentum - expanding into major retailers, turning customers into fans, and redefining what people expect from a bottled brew. Now, they are looking for a Commercial National Account Manager to join their team and take their next wave of growth to new heights.
Key responsibilities:
* You’ll be at the heart of their commercial engine; driving relationships, shaping strategy, and opening doors
* Build and grow strong, long-term customer partnerships
* Lead new business development across retailers, channels, and markets
* Negotiate listings, pricing, and launches that deliver real impact
* Bring ideas to life with customer activations that drive awareness and conversion
* Work closely with distributors to maximise availability and performance
* Use data, insight, and a challenger mindset to turn opportunities into results
Key requirements:
* 3+ years in an Account Manager or Account Exec role within FMCG or retail
* Experience managing major grocery accounts
* A knack for negotiation, storytelling, and spotting what others miss
* A drive to make a genuine impact in a brand’s growth story
