You will be responsible for executing B2B delegate sales campaigns for your assigned events. The ideal candidate will be analytical and creative, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting targets and ensuring a great customer experience. We seek an ambitious, sociable individual eager to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team working on US portfolios.

Required Deliverables in the Role
* Analyze the target delegate landscape through market research, stakeholder relationship understanding, market segmentation, industry trends, and monitoring competitors.
* Stay updated with industry publications relevant to conference topics and audiences to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and utilize database resources to select and target prospective delegate organizations, helping to identify and fill gaps in target lists.
* Attend conferences as needed to re-engage current delegates and secure commitments for future events.

* Experience in B2B sales.
* Experience with databases in mass and targeted sales campaigns.
