The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced powder coater in the Hadley Park area.
This is a temp to perm opportunity for the correct individual.
Pay rate: £13.00ph
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-15:30
Friday 07:30 - 13:30
Responsibilities
* Clean and blast parts to ensure proper adhesion of powder coating.
* Mask or plug holes and threads as needed to protect specific areas from coating.
* Set up and operate powder coating equipment (manual or automated spray guns, booths, ovens).
* Apply powder to surfaces evenly and according to thickness specifications.
* Select appropriate powders based on color, texture, and performance requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness of spray booths, guns, and other equipment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in powder coating
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Ability to lift and move metal parts
* Team player with a strong work ethic
