Job Title: Team Leader
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Clayton-le-Woods, Preston
Salary: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour DOE / £37,170 - £39,120 PA (including sleeps and on-call allowance)
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 3 shifts per week / 162.50 hours
Sleep-ins: 10 per month

Your Team
You will be supported by an in-house Clinical Team and the Head of Care, who is an ex-Ofsted Inspector.
Career Progression
Enrolment in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children, with paid study leave, will prepare you to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements
* Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare
* Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Willingness to undergo training and professional development
* DOLS experience is desirable
* Positive behaviour management training/understanding
* Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
* A driving licence
