Our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology company based in Surrey, is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination. Logistics Management: Ensure efficient and timely product distribution, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Product Development to ensure smooth operational workflows. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key operational metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Requirements: Proven experience in a commercial operations or supply chain/logistics role, ideally within the technology or electronics sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
