We are looking for full & part time exceptional Beauty Therapists to join our small team in Kings Heath, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

To confidently deliver all treatments to the highest standard in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring all clients have memorable

* To assist with reception duties when required
* To assist on day to day running of the salon
* To be able to provide professional advice to customers on use of products
* Actively promote treatments and products within the salon.
* To be able to work well alone and in a team.
* Opening and closing down the salon
* Cash Handling
* Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of the salon.
* Ensure all customers receive a high level of customer service at all times.
* Giving our customers a warm and professional welcome
* To work well in a fast paced environment.

Essential Skills
* Flexible, reliable, honest with a great attitude.
* To be able to work well alone and in a team.
* Be passionate about the treatments you are performing and giving great customers service
* Having an understanding of and abide by regulations
* Experience of working to sales targets and be willing to be involved in promotional activities
* Provide Facial & Body Massage and Skin Care
* Provide Facial & Body Electrical Treatments
* Apply and Instruct on Make Up
* Provide Lash and Brow Treatments
* Provide and Advise on Nail Care
* Provide Wax Depilation
* Must have at least 1 year's experience and be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
