Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Reablement Service)
Location: Barnstaple, North Devon
Salary: £34, – £38, + mileage allowance

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure CQC compliance
2. Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
3. Lead and develop a dedicated care team
4. Build strong partnerships with commissioners and community stakeholders
5. Contribute to service growth and innovation
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
✔ In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and inspections
✔ A passion for reablement and community wellbeing
✔ Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
