We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to provide support within the Operations team of a well-established client based in Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering the Operations telephone line. Calls will be from engineers / Site Foremen / customers.
* Checking over previously attended jobs, ensuring engineers have called in and provided the team with updates, and where applicable the engineer has been issued with a closure code.
* Issuing relevant working instructions to engineers for both service and install jobs – prior to attendance.
* Checking courier tracking systems throughout the day ensuring equipment is delivered in time for the engineers scheduled visit.
* Upon request, providing customers with expected attendance dates for service calls.
* For service calls only, organising any out of hours works with the relevant contact or any sites which require a permit / specific access requirements.
* Any other task deemed appropriate within the role.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and outlook.
* Previous experience of using Netsuite would be an advantage.
