Site Services & Security ManagerDays£50,000Willenhall
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a proactive Site Services & Security Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities, security, and site operations. You will ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations, while leading a small team of support staff.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
* Manage and maintain all site security systems and protocols, including CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and contractor performance
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal company policies
* Develop and implement site-wide policies, procedures, and risk assessments
* Lead, motivate, and manage the site services team, providing coaching and development opportunities
* Coordinate with senior management to plan budgets and capital projects for site improvements
* Act as the primary contact for external contractors and service providers
Skills / Competencies
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to analyse and improve operational processes
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of health & safety, security, and facilities management best practices
* Ability to respond xsngvjr quickly and decisively to incidents or emergencies
Qualifications / Experience
* Proven experience in facilities, site services, or security management
* Solid understanding of UK health & safety regulations
* Experience managing small teams and coordinating multiple operational functions
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, facilities management) are desirable
