We run a proprietary pingtree connecting affiliates and direct lenders. We optimise routing, structure brokerage models and continuously develop new technology to increase yield and scale revenue.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially intelligent partnerships manager to expand and strengthen our US network.
This is a growth role. You will be expected to identify opportunities, secure new partners, improve deal structures and increase revenue.
You will be measured on performance.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Growing affiliate supply and lender demand
• Identifying and securing new commercial partnerships
• Structuring and negotiating brokerage agreements
• Improving routing efficiency and margin
• Scaling high performing partners
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Managing a disciplined sales and partnership pipeline
Must Have
• 3+ years experience in a partnerships, sales or commercial role
• Direct experience within a pingtree, affiliate network or performance marketing environment
• Demonstrable experience growing revenue or improving commercial performance
• Strong relationship management capability
• Based in the United Kingdom
Preferred
• Degree preferred
• Experience in fintech, insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as conversion rates, accept rates and margin
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to align with US working hours when required
