You’ll work as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, managing a varied portfolio and influencing decisions that genuinely impact how our people work and how we continue to improve lives through work. About the role As Property Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Group Property and colleagues across RSR to deliver a proactive, commercially focused property service. From lease management and landlord relationships to relocations, refurbishments and sustainability initiatives, this role offers breadth, visibility and real ownership. You’ll be based at our flagship London office with hybrid working and regular travel to sites across the UK (and occasionally overseas). What you’ll be doing Acting as a key link between Property and internal teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Tax and Insurance Managing lease events including rent reviews and renewals, and advising on options and outcomes Appointing and managing external surveyors and consultants Supporting new leases, relocations and office changes - from feasibility through to delivery Analysing property costs, forecasts and opportunities for savings Managing landlord relationships and resolving property‑related issues Maintaining accurate property data and records Contributing to sustainability, inclusion and accessibility initiatives across the estate Supporting environmental and other property‑related accreditations What you’ll bring We’re open‑minded about background and welcome applications from both experienced hires and those earlier in their property career.
