Were looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee nine busy cafés and kiosks across Bristol
including some of the citys most vibrant public destinations.
This is a chance to take the lead in a thriving, multi-site catering operation where you can make a real impact. Youll have the freedom to shape strategy, inspire teams, and deliver excellence across some of Bristols most exciting venues.

What Youll Do
Lead and inspire teams across multiple sites to deliver great service and quality every day.
Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies to grow sales and enhance efficiency.
Build trusted relationships with clients and teams to ensure collaboration and success.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive performance improvements across all outlets.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards .
About You
Were looking for a commercially astute, service-driven professional with:
A proven background in Contract Catering, within commercial venues, public destinations, busy food & drink retail operations.
Experience leading multi-site teams and delivering strong financial and operational results.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Solid understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
You must live within 20 miles of Bristol
You must hold a full UK driving licence and currently be driving
You must have experience in Contract Catering
