Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to clients across hospital wards, community settings, and care homes
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and mealtime support
Observe and report changes in client health and behaviour to the clinical team
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with NHS standards
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to implement effective care plans
Uphold dignity, respect, and confidentiality in every aspect of care delivery
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
A minimum of 6 months UK-based healthcare experience within the last 3 years
A valid and up-to-date DBS certificate
Right to work in the UK
Relevant training and up-to-date immunizations
A full UK driving licence is desirable for community roles
