This vacancy is for a Business Admin Apprentice based in Padiham, Burnley.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience dealing with internal and external customers while gaining on-the-job qualifications.
You will carry out a wide range of administrative duties whilst supporting members of a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress in a varied and interesting role within a well-established and growing company.
On and off-the-job training and professional development will be completed in the workplace.
The general administration duties within this role may include:
* Providing business administrative support to the finance team
* Accurately preparing and processing office administration
* Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Proactively updating customer orders
* Managing the ordering of financial products
* Analysis of financial statements
* Relationship building between postal services
* Providing administrative support to the department
* Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Contacting customers via telephone or email
Training to be provided
L3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration
Functional skills – English, Maths (if not already achieved).
