Hours of work:
The working hours for this post are 20 hours a week (annualised). The post-holder will be expected to work variable hours that cover both core opening times and evening events.
Salary:
£15,288 pro rata (£14.70 per hour, £28,665 per annum FTE)

In recent years, the Cathedral has strengthened its financial sustainability through event hire. To build on this success and secure our place as one of the city's premier large-capacity venues, we are expanding our events team. The Event Supervisor will play a key role in delivering our events programme – supporting operations, upholding the highest standards for clients and guests, and ensuring excellence in presentation, welcome, and health and safety.
The post holder must be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of the Church of England and must also fully support the values of Newcastle Cathedral.
