Position Type: Android Trainer
Working Hours: 09 to 05
Minimum Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in Android development and mobile app development.
* Strong knowledge of Android programming languages (Java/Kotlin) and development tools (Android Studio).
* Hands-on experience with Android SDK, APIs, and libraries.
* Understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile apps.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred, or a genuine interest in training and mentoring.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver Android development training programs, focusing on core concepts, tools, and frameworks.
* Provide hands-on sessions and practical exercises to help students understand Android app development.
* Guide students through building and deploying Android applications.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Android development.
* Provide individualized support to students, ensuring they can apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
* Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, code samples, and assignments.
* Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress.
* Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
* Assist in course and curriculum development to ensure training materials are relevant and up to date.
* Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve the training process and student experience.
