The Role We are recruiting a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to support evening and weekend service delivery. This hybrid role combines remote and in-person work, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility alongside meaningful clinical impact. Working Hours: Weeknights: 4pm–9pm Saturdays: 9am–5pm or 9am–1pm (We offer flexibility to accommodate later start times.)You will play a key role in delivering timely, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments that contribute to improved outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured in-person observations as part of autism/ADHD assessments Complete developmental history interviews with parents/carers via Zoom Participate in multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions Deliver sensitive and informed feedback to families Produce high-quality clinical reports using AI-assisted documentation tools Meet key performance indicators while maintaining clinical integrity Provide clinical supervision (where applicable) Attend in-person clinics as requiredOur Approach to Work Custom-built digital systems to reduce admin time Streamlined, efficient workflows tailored for clinical professionals Full IT support and continuous onboarding Feedback-driven improvements to internal systems Regular CPD opportunities and case supervisionRequired Qualifications & Experience Registration with one of the following: HCPC: Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist NMC: Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children’s Nurse Social Work England: Social Worker Minimum 1 year post-registration experience Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children/young people Familiarity with DSM-5 criteria for neurodevelopmental conditions Trained in or familiar with ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent tools Strong report-writing and clinical documentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and MDTs Eligible to work in the UKWhy Join Us?
