At LPFT we don’t have ‘back offices’ and see our HR Advisers as fundamental in supporting staff and leaders to do the best for our service users. You will be integral to the operational care groups providing a generalist HR service within key areas.
Responsibilities
* Manage a whole spectrum of workforce issues including employee relations, organisational change, workforce transformation and planning.
* Execute key pieces of work as part of our People Strategy.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and project initiatives.
* Provide a generalist HR service across all core HR activities at an operational level.
* Maintain liaison with staff side representatives and deliver training.
Qualifications
* Suitable HR related degree level qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Passion for recruitment and proven track record of working across all core HR activities at an operational level.
* Experience managing employee relations issues and liaising with staff side representatives.
* Strong communication and training delivery skills.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working alongside a team of HR Advisers.
Fixed term contract until June 2027 due to maternity leave.
