Role 1 Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Hedge Fund Location: London, United KingdomAn established hedge fund is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their Regulatory Reporting Operations team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on global regulatory reporting obligations and play a key part in ensuring reporting processes remain robust, accurate, and compliant.About the Role:As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that manages day-to-day regulatory reporting processes, including reconciliations, exception/rejection management, and quality assurance. You’ll also contribute to regulatory change initiatives, process improvements, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support the firm’s reporting obligations, including long position reporting and Takeover Panel reviewWork with compliance teams to interpret rule changes and translate them into operational requirementsProject manage key deliverables and regulatory reporting change initiativesAssess and strengthen reporting controls to mitigate risksDevelop and maintain MI reporting to track control performance and resolution timesSupport process documentation, implementation, and continuous improvementStay up to date with the evolving regulatory reporting landscape to ensure complianceWhat We’re Looking For:Previous exposure to regulatory reporting (Long sell & Takeover Panel experience preferred)Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and their impact on OperationsKnowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income, and commoditiesHighly organized with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA strong team player with a proactive and collaborative approachWould suit someone coming from either a Hedge Fund or Asset Manager.Role 2 Trade and Transaction Reporting Analyst - Hedge Fund MiFID Trade & Transaction Reporting subject matter expertise is essentialAble to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environmentProven understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and their impact on OperationsGood knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income and commoditiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem solving skillsKnowledge of SQL, Alteryx & TableauAdvanced MS Office skills, including Excel PowerPoint and WordAbility to manage a range of stakeholdersGood team player with a strong willingness to participate and help othersUnderstanding of other European Regs, such as SFTR and EMIR would be usefulThis is an exciting opportunity to join an established hedge fund and gain exposure to a wide range of regulatory reporting processes.Be sure to apply if interested!
