Are you passionate about innovation in packaging and eager to make a tangible impact across both medical and personal care products? We’re looking for a Junior Packaging Technologist to join our dynamic team and support the qualification and advancement of packaging solutions across New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects. Key Responsibilities Packaging Development & Qualification Support the development and qualification of packaging for NPDs and EPDs across medical and personal care categories. Prepare and maintain documentation for packaging specifications and testing reports. Define packaging process limits and quality systems, including evaluation methods. Lead and support packaging line trials in-house and at Contract Manufacturers through to Release to Manufacture. Manage packaging testing activities both internally and externally. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Explore new packaging capabilities and emerging technologies to strengthen the EU business. Identify new product/packaging ideas and cost-saving initiatives. Attend external exhibitions to stay informed on sustainability and regulatory trends. Artwork & Data Management Manage artwork approvals and ensure accurate packaging data management. Support understanding of line capabilities for packing NPDs/EPDs. Quality & Compliance Ensure all packaging development aligns with GMP and hygiene standards. Assist with quality investigations related to packaging processes. Champion quality as a core value in all development activities. Collaboration & Communication Work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time. Present packaging development work to key stakeholders. Interface with third-party manufacturers to gather and share packaging process parameters. What We’re Looking For Experience in packaging development, ideally within medical or personal care sectors. Strong documentation and project management skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
