About Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Skills Assessor to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning and Skills Assessor, with experience in the Business Administration sector, to join our dynamic Apprenticeships team. In this role, you will assess apprentices’ knowledge and skills against agreed vocational standards, supporting them to progress and achieve through high-quality feedback, targeted guidance, and structured learning plans. You will work closely with apprentices, employers, and internal teams to uphold excellent standards across the apprenticeship journey.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Prior experience as a Learning and Skills Assessor, or significant industry professional experience in the Business Administration sector.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
* Willingness to complete a child protection screening, including Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
