Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Overall Purpose
Search is working with a growing accountancy firm that's looking to bring in an experienced Payroll Manager to help elevate their payroll offering. This is a great chance to join a business that's investing in its people, its technology, and its long‑term growth.

Lead accurate, compliant monthly and weekly payrolls while resolving daily client and internal queries

Develop compliant payroll procedures, streamline workflows, and keep policies updated
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage the payroll team, drive organised problem‑solving, and collaborate across the practice
Beyond Payroll
Support wider finance responsibilities, help shape an efficient future‑focused function, and maintain seamless processes
