The Ideal Candidate
* Established Family Partner, or a senior solicitor with 6+ PQE ready to step into partnership
* Expertise in divorce, financial remedy, and children work with a proven track record of success
* Strong client following in Sussex (or ability to bring and develop business)
* Excellent leadership skills, with the drive to mentor and inspire a growing team
* Commercially minded, with a passion for building lasting client relationships
