What You’ll Do Provide accurate legal advice by phone and email across core areas of private law. Apply RAC LS policies and products with clarity and precision. Handle escalated complaints professionally within agreed service levels. Log calls and activities using case management systems. Support the department with training, legal research, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with FCA, Data Protection Act, and other regulatory requirements. What You’ll Need Law graduate (LLB postgraduate qualification such as LPC/LSF, LLM, or BVC) or equivalent legal/insurance qualification. Experience in customer-facing roles or call centre environments (desirable but not essential). Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Expertise in foundation areas of law: Contract, Civil Litigation, Tort, Personal Injury, Statutory Liability. Desirable: knowledge of motoring law or advanced areas such as Employment, Property, Family, or Wills & Probate. Ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
