Job Posting: Chef – Belfast Area Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week Rate of pay £13.65 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food in line with service agreements and company standards. Ensure all food is produced safely, with attention to dietary requirements. Supervise weekend kitchen operations, including cleaning, service, and cashing up. Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety in line with health regulations and COSHH. Store food correctly and complete temperature checks as required. Support ordering, stock control, and assist with stock taking. Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in a similar chef or food production role. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and organisation skills.
