Job Title: Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

Overview:
A well-established, multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a broad caseload while contributing to the continued development of the department.
The Role:
* Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
o Care proceedings and PLO matters
o Private children cases
o Domestic abuse matters (including non-molestation and occupation orders)
o Divorce and financial matters
o Cohabitation and disputes involving unmarried couples
* Undertaking advocacy where appropriate
* Providing high-quality legal advice and client care
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
* Contributing to the growth of private client work alongside legal aid matters
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in family law
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Strong advocacy skills or willingness to develop advocacy experience
* Understanding of legal aid and private family work
* Proven or potential ability to generate work
* Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
