Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, handling a variety of administrative tasks including phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You’ll interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey. Prior experience in healthcare is desirable, though not essential, as we offer comprehensive training in our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre to get you fully up to speed.

Responsibilities
* Handle a variety of administrative tasks including phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care.
* Interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.
* Work as the first point of contact and join a supportive team empowering clients with informed choices.
Requirements and Training
* Location: Reading / Chesham (split role). Driving is required for this role.
* Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract Type: Permanent.
* Salary: £26,976.16 per year.
* Prior healthcare experience is desirable but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided at the Oxford Regional Treatment Centre.
