We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales team.


Functional responsibilities:

* Technical Sales Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
* Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.
* Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.
* Sales Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team's understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless solution integration and enhance service offerings.
* Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.
* Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with industry trends and advancements to improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.


Requirements for applicants:

* Graduate engineering degree
* 4+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering
* Expert knowledge of metalworking methods such as CNC machining, sheet metal working, and 3D printing
* Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
* IT enthusiast, eager to master and utilize modern technologies and software
* Willingness to work in a fast-growing business environment
