Our primary school based in North Leeds is looking for a qualified Nursery Teacher to join their nurturing and supportive team. This Nursery Teacher position is to commence in January 2026 until at least Christmas with an opportunity for a direct contract with the school. This 2 form entry school in North Leeds is within walking distance of a train station and offers onsite parking. The SLT are very encouraging and supportive and as a Nursery Teacher you will gain from regular CPD. They are happy to look at ECT's as well as experienced Nursery Teachers. As an ECT you will benefit from regular support from your mentor and if you are an experienced Nursery Teacher there is plenty of scope to progress your career! There is an experienced teaching assistant in class and you will get regular PPA time. As a Nursery Teacher you will be confident and supportive and offer engaging well planned lessons which meet the needs of all pupils and you will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
