Freeaim is a unique robotics startup that merges the fields of robotics, VR/XR, AI/ML and wearable devices.

Our first product, Freeaim VR shoes is set to revolutionise VR by solving mobility and motion sickness, taking VR back to its roots by delivering what people really wanted, and that's high fidelity, high presence, highly natural and intuitive full body movement, truly bridging physical and virtual worlds. What most people actually got from VR was mobile games with poor locomotion options like sickness inducing joysticks; we're here to change that.

Our recent Kickstarter raised over $400k and there's still huge upside for the consumer market, but that's just a small part of the picture, our B2B sales and enterprise partnerships represent an even bigger opportunity.

Freeaim is seeking a unique person, someone that can lead the business development, build strategic partnerships, assist with fundraising, but most importantly, be into VR, gaming and building future tech.

We are a highly competent team of engineers turned entrepreneurs and we run the company effectively, but you can help us grow the business at a pivotal time. Within months, VR shoes will become available in greater and greater quantities, and as we lift the supply constraints, the sales pipeline, marketing, branding, partnerships, all will become a golden egg for someone to develop. We hope that's you.

There's no particular requirements for this role in terms of prior experience, you will just have to find synergy with us and convince us you have the talent and energy to be a critical part of the leadership team.

We can't offer big salaries until you go and secure the higher revenue needed for that, but rest assured, there is a modest salary on offer, along with share options and the possibility for a profit share or commission on your sales.

The role is primarily remote, with a small amount of travel, preference will be for someone based in or near London, but will also consider the USA for the right person.


We work a flexible working pattern, and we're still in a start-up environment. We don't know absolutely everything so be prepared to learn, share ideas and roll-up your sleeves to get involved.
