We are seeking a Document Control Manager who will be the recognised subject matter expert for establishing and delivering our document management processes across two major capital programmes. You will oversee the strategic use of Autodesk Construction Cloud as our Common Data Environment, ensuring information is structured, compliant, well-governed, and traceable throughout the full project lifecycle. This is a pivotal role that reduces risk, prevents costly rework, and strengthens the decision-making backbone of our projects. Your work will directly support senior sponsors, programme leaders, engineers, project managers, and external delivery partners. What you will do Leading document control operations across multiple ongoing programmes. Configuring ACC environments, permissions, workflows, metadata and user access. Owning ISO 19650-aligned standards, naming conventions, templates and quality processes. Ensuring drawings, technical documentation and correspondence are accurate, versioned and audit-ready. Training, coaching and supporting both internal teams and supply-chain contributors in document best practice. Monitoring compliance and generating insightful reporting on document control performance and KPIs. Managing Document Controllers and developing capability within the function. Acting as the key bridge between Information Management, PMO, IT and Programme Delivery functions. What you will need HNC/HND or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline. Expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDE platforms. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management. Proven experience in document control for large-scale capital projects. An analytical, process-driven mindset and confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to set and uphold standards.
