About This Role
An exciting opportunity for an organized and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support a busy Block Management team in the Slough area. Assist the team with compliance, maintenance, budgets, and client service. This position is ideal for building a career in block management and working alongside experienced property managers to deliver high standards of service to clients, leaseholders, and residents.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Assist with day‑to‑day property management tasks
* Help organise repairs and maintenance
* Answer phone and email enquiries
* Keep records and files up to date
* Support the team with admin and compliance checks
* Help prepare documents for meetings
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
* Previous experience in property, lettings or administrative support (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive, practical and team‑focused approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
