We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Lead Systems Architect.
In this role, you will define and oversee the high-level system architecture of our next-generation electrical measurement equipment. You will ensure all hardware, firmware, and software components integrate seamlessly to meet technical, business, and customer needs. This position is critical in aligning cross-functional engineering efforts and delivering robust, scalable, and compliant products from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and document high-level system architectures combining hardware, firmware, and software.
* Translate business and customer requirements into system-level specifications.
* Conduct trade-off studies and risk assessments to support design decisions.
* Ensure cross-functional alignment and interface definitions between mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
* Mentor and lead a team of systems engineers, promoting best practices in system design.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in electronic product development, including 3+ years in a systems architect role.
* Proven background in electrical measurement equipment design (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
* Strong knowledge of embedded systems, analog/digital circuit design, and regulatory compliance (e.g., IEC 61010, ISO 17025).
* Proficiency with system modelling tools (e.g., SysML, MATLAB/Simulink) and version-controlled design workflows.
