Accepting applications until: 5 May 2026 Job Description Content Partnership Manager FTC, Global Studios Your new role - Content Partnership Manager FTC, Global Studios Global Studios is an exciting new focus for Global – where all podcasts exist under the Global Studios umbrella brand. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in in house at Global), 3 rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or our recent acquisitions, The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville’s Overlap offering. Global Studios is already home to some of the UK’s leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, The Fellas, Saving Grave, and many more. At Global Studios, we have huge ambitions to grow this brand – increasing our content and the revenue we generate. As a Senior Content Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for account managing some of the key publishers and creators, building, nurturing and sustaining long-term strategic partnerships aligned with the Global Studios strategy. This role bridges the world of podcasts with the world of commercial, making sure we support our publishers and creators, ensuring their podcasts thrive at Global. This position requires someone with a sales mindset, strong account management and relationship skills, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive on client interactions and who are fuelled by delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships (50%) : Foster and nurture strong long-term relationships with your content partners, conducting routine business reviews and positioning yourself as their go-to contact at Global to support them every step of the way. Be Your Podcasts Champion Internally (20%): Advocate for our partners within Global, ensuring partners are considered for commercial briefs and relevant promotional opportunities. Ensure that the sales team have everything they need to take your partners podcast out to marketing, so we meet the commercial expectations for this partner. Troubleshooting (10%): Sometimes things don’t goes as planned and we encounter challenges technically and operationally. As the champion for your partner, you would be expected to troubleshoot, organise and mobilise the relevant teams within Global to promptly address any challenges or issues that may arise. Contract Management 10%: Maintain record of contract renewal dates, kicking off renewal discussions with key internal partners. Play a key role in developing contract renewal strategies and ensuring that Global meets all contractual requirements. Podcast Promotion 10%: Work with the marketing teams to support audience growth for your podcasts ensuring we meet a promotion support that we agreed in the contract. Keep it Simple : You’ll deliver complex and intricate processes with ease and maintain concise and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. 4. Better Together : Collaborate with a dynamic team and external teams on everything to do with podcasts. What Success Looks Like In the first few months, you would have: Cultivated Strong Partner Connections: You will have built excellent working relationships with our vital content partners, establishing consistent and productive contact. Gained an understanding of how Global podcasting works: You will have learned all about Global’s podcast processes Contract Understanding: Gained an in-depth understanding of our key partners and the highly individual contractual terms in place, contributing to the overall partnership success through your comprehensive knowledge. Masterful Communication: Proficiency in communication is your forte. Skilfully build rapport with partners and colleagues, fostering positive relationships. Technical and Commercial Acumen: Grasp technical and commercial information with ease, translating it into actionable strategies and insights. Exceptional Prioritisation and Decision-Making : Possess remarkable prioritisation skills and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions, even in high-pressure situations.
