Purpose Of The Role
Working closely with our Director of Brand & Communications and our Head of Creative, you'll be responsible for producing exceptional, standout designs across all internal creative materials both online and offline.
The successful candidate will support shaping the visual language across print and digital media. A keen eye for detail is crucial, and experience working within a multidisciplinary team is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and autonomous, with strong skills in generating creative ideas for digital and print channels.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Campaign & Marketing Collateral: Lead creative execution for campaigns, produce branded materials such as logos, templates, style guides, and image libraries, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
* Social Media & Advertising: Develop seasonal visual themes, create organic and paid content, and support idea generation for social-first content.
* Graphic Design & Content Creation: Manage imagery for e-commerce and behind-the-scenes content, design digital campaigns, and ensure cohesive brand visuals across platforms.
* Print & Packaging: Manage packaging design, present ideas, and liaise with print suppliers to ensure quality output.
* Retail & Visual Merchandising: Create artwork for retail materials and coordinate asset delivery.
* Digital & Website Content: Design digital assets, ensure quality and optimization, and support e-commerce imagery.
* Autonomous Project Management: Manage projects independently, collaborate across teams, and own projects from start to finish.
* Ecommerce Image Management: Assist during shoots, coordinate styling, support image editing, and maintain an organized image library.
