Responsibilities
* Overall management of the EIA Business Unit: Oversee operations, implement business strategies, ensure health and safety compliance, participate in planning meetings, review tender pricing, and ensure adherence to company policies.
* Team Leadership and Development: Recruit and develop high-calibre employees, communicate effectively, motivate the team, manage P&L, budget, and profitability, plan future resources, and manage complex projects with technical leadership.
Skills & Attributes
Seeking an experienced EIA professional from consultancy or industry, with a well-connected network and membership in a relevant professional body. Must have a strong understanding of EIA processes, project management experience, and excellent communication skills.
