Berkeley Scott are partnering with an award winning Hotel based near Wrexham, who are looking for a Sous. Based in a stunning location and working alongside a small team of Chefs (4)
40 hour week.

What we’re looking for in the perfect Sous Chef
Someone who has the ability to put their ‘Stamp’ on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you – Help your growth and development within the company and give you the freedom to put your stamp on the restaurant alongside the (New) Head chef).
