You'll be joining our small but mighty team at Clyde 1, part of the Hits Radio Network – Bauer's largest radio network in the UK. Our Scottish network includes Clyde 1, Forth 1, MFR, Northsound 1, and Tay FM. We're proud to have won the John Myers Award for Local Station of the Year two out of the last three years, and Forth 1 took the title again this year. As the Content Producer for Garry Spence, you'll be at the heart of the show's success – planning compelling content, managing talent, and delivering unforgettable on-air moments.

Your role
* You'll lead the production of the Garry Spence show, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and entertaining every single day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Planning and producing daily content for the Garry Spence show
* Managing and developing on-air talent in a live broadcast environment
* Creating standout moments and premium-rate messaging competitions
* Editing and archiving high-quality audio for awards and reuse
* Collaborating with digital, marketing, and video teams to grow our online audience
* Ensuring compliance with Ofcom and Bauer's internal standards
* Supporting other on-air teams when needed
The skills you will bring:
* Proven experience in audio production and live radio
* Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling
* Confident in managing high-profile talent
* Skilled in social media content creation and trend awareness
* Familiarity with Zetta or similar playout systems
* Ability to work cross-functionally with digital, marketing, and compliance teams
* A deep understanding of our music policy and audience

Office-based in Glasgow & Edinburgh
Monday – Friday, 10am – 6:30pm
